Double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) is a cardiac malformation characterized by an abnormal ventricular-arterial connection in which both great arteries originate from the morphologic right ventricle. It encompasses a wide spectrum of disease with varying clinical presentations and anatomy. It is classified into four anatomic types that will be discussed in this chapter.
